cute staff great location fine view lukewarm food small hot tub fish smell
The staff was very cute. jorge from the reception was amazing and really helped us. the location is great. It is a short walk to both the bus station and the center. rooms have fine views.
i noticed the quality of the breakfast buffet needs improvement. the hot food was barely lukewarm and not appealing. the hot tub in the spa will only fit a few adults. the lifts smelled strongly of fish in the evenings.

romantic getaway among mountains
great location friendly staff lovely breakfast clean room
i loved the location, it was great. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast good and appreciated the beautiful mountain views from the balcony. our room was serviced daily and kept very clean .
the furniture had some scratches, which detracted slightly from the overall charm.

Excellent Stay with Minor Drawbacks
helpful service convenient access useful advice
Check-in was smooth. The staff provided helpful service, and the location is near bus stops for convenient access to ski areas. I found the concierge advice useful. It made everything easy.
I noticed the lack of a luggage porter. Carrying bags to the room felt inconvenient for a hotel of this level. No action was taken to make up for the above.

quiet place spa place lively lobby hotel restaurant
the location is amazing. it is just off main street, near enough for a walk, and feels like a quiet place at the end of the day. the spa is a nice place for relaxation. i saw the lobby is lively, and i noticed the hotel has both a bar and a restaurant.

the breakfast was acceptable with a lot of choice.
the stairs looked horrific if one did not want to use the elevator. there was a strong smell in the lobby and elevators. entering the place became an unpleasant experience.
